MEET BILLY DUREN:

Billy Duren is the CEO and self-appointed CMO, Chief Motivational Officer of Threaded Fasteners Incorporated (TFI) based out of Mobile Alabama.  With over 40 years of service to TFI, his journey has taken him from the Broom to the Boardroom after being hired while in college to sweep the floor. He has a passion for leadership development, and his mission is to inspire lifelong learners and servant leaders to explore the possible in their leadership journey.
